NO UNBOXING VIDEO – NO RETURN/REFUND. We are not liable for any damage caused by the courier as your times will be packed well – multiple layers of bubble wrap and carton – for delicates OB. MISSING INCLUSIONS – Unfortunately, as much as don’t want you to miss anything and get everything included, in some cases some albums might miss some inclusions – very rare though!! But this is a manufacturer error and is out of our control.

UNSEALED ALBUMS – Please manage your expectations with unsealed albums – especially on the OB. The Outerbox (OB) may contain dents, scratches, dents and dirt – however, we always ensure that supplies we have are still in very good condition. We will be transparent with the album conditions and provide you photos as well. ALSO UNSEALED ALBUMS ARE MOST LIKELY WITHOUT ANY PHOTOCARDS!
