It offers very good color retention, high gloss, outstanding durability and excellent adhesion to properly prepared wood and metal surfaces. It's easy to apply and dries fast to a smooth finish. APPLICATIONS Suitable for interior and exterior substrates such as furniture, cabinets, kitchen walls, warehouses and industrial structural steel. TECHNICAL DATA Appearance: High Gloss Number of coats:1-2 coats Tinting: DAVIES Oil Tinting Color Practical Coverage:25 m2/4L Reducer/Clean Up: CS-PT Paint Thinner Reduction Ratio: 1/4L Paint Thinner per 4L of paint Application: Drying Time@28°C : Brush/Roller/Spray Surface Dry: Appropriate 4 hours, Painting Interval: 2 to 4 hours Packaging: 16 liter, 4 liter, 1 liter and 1/4 liter cans. Shelf Life: One year when stored in dry and cool conditions. PAINTING SYSTEM Wood Surface 1. Apply one coat of Davies Wood Primer (DV-1360) by brush, roller or spray. Let dry overnight. 2. Putty surface imperfection with Davies Glazing Wood Putty (DV-1000) using putty knife. Let dry for 4 hours and sand. 3. Spot prime puttied areas with one coat of Davies Wood Primer (DV-1360) by brush, roller or spray. Let dry overnight. 4. Finish with two coats of Coat Saver Quick Drying Enamel by brush, roller or spray. Allow 4 hours in between coats. Metal Surface 1. Apply one coat of Coat Saver CS-610 Red Oxide Primer. Allow overnight drying. 2. Finish with two coats of Coat Saver Quick Drying Enamel by brush, roller or spray. Allow 4 hours between coats.
