•The warranty becomes null and void if the warranty sticker is tampered or missing or if the unit is serviced by an unauthorized service center of third person.

•ColabPro Gadgets does not provide service unit whenever the product/unit requires servicing within the warranty period.

•This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, transport, misuse, tampering, mishandling, negligence, natural disaster, pest, infestation, defect/malfunctions caused by viruses and software incompatibility, use of product voltages other than designated, or where the unit has been installed, maintained or operated not in accordance with the instruction manual. 

•Any repair or modification not authorized by ColabPro Gadgets will invalidate this warranty.

•For out of warranty products/unit, corresponding service fee (labor and parts) will be charged to the customer accordingly. In case of unit replacement, all accessories and unit box must be returned in complete package and in good condition.

•Replacement procedure: Seven days return, seven days replacement policy. Seven days after item purchase are subject for repair. 

•Under R.A.7394 The Customer Act of the Philippines, a change of mind does not entitle the customer to a refund, return, and/or exchange.

•Any iOS software update conducted by the customer within the warranty period will not be covered in the warranty.
