Shitake Mushrooms, also known as flowers and plants, are known as "Mountain Treasures" and are one of the world famous fungi. Shitake mushrooms contain unique aroma and tender meat, and can often be used as high end delicacies. Stewed with chicken, duck and ham, it is called "Fengcai Peony", which is a famous southern Cantonese dish, stir fry with dried bamboo shoots and meat slices, called "Three Pieces", which is fragrant and delicious.
