1. Replace the 2011 version of ATMEGA8U2 with ATMEGA16U2 chip, double the ISP FLASH capacity, which is convenient for more powerful function expansion and development needs. ATMEGA16U2 not only provides the traditional USB-to-serial function, but also allows users to program and define other functions. For example, the USB port can be configured as a mouse, keyboard, game joystick, camera, etc. Of course, these applications are still waiting for the Ad team. Announce specific implementation plans.
2. The external interface adds SDA and SCL on the basis of the 2011 version (position on the left side of AREF). The IOREF interface can provide a voltage reference to the Shield. In addition, a port is reserved on the left side of IOREF for future compatibility of series products.
3. The RESET circuit is improved compared to the 2011 version. To prevent accidental resetting of RESET, the RESET circuit is more stable.

rd Mega is a microcontroller development board with ATmega2560 as the core.
