Aside from incomplete screws, the item was well packaged and not damaged. Could really help if they have a manual for the cat wheel though as we had to watch some YT videos to build it. -1 star because of both reasons

Does not come with an instruction manual. The felt does not cover the entire wheel - but only around an inch so it’s fine. One plank did not have a hole in it so we had to drill it ourselves. But our cats love it. 😊

No issues, received in good condition.

Item delivered were in good condition, though it has few chips due to transfer everything is good, the only thing I can complain is that it doesnt have manual included, but nothing to be too worried as tutorial is available on youtube

Need more bubble wrap i guess

Its big and i like it. No dents observed upon delivery. However, i think some of the screws included don't fit with the holes also it doesn't include insteuctional manual so i have to look for somw tutorial videos in Youtube
