We do not recommend ordering a sample if you plan on making a repeat purchase later. The shade may vary, and we can't guarantee that the color will be the same as your initial order. If you're ordering for a group or an entourage, please order in bulk to ensure all items match in the same shade. All of our dresses listed are on-hand and ready for immediate shipment. Once your order is confirmed, we'll process it quickly.

WORKING HOURS:

Our stockroom is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please note, we may not be able to respond to messages immediately as we're not available 24/7. Rest assured, we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

SIZE GUIDE:

Each product has a size guide included in the photos. We kindly ask that you refer to it before placing your order. We can't personally assess your measurements, so please ensure your body measurements so please ensure your body measurements are within the size guide to avoid any issues.

FINAL ORDERS:

Once your order is checked out, it is considered final. We assume you have provided the correct delivery address, contact details, size, color, and quantity. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your size before placing your order to avoid any issues.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery time. Delivery schedules are handled by the couriers, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your dress will arrive on a specific date. We recommend ordering in advance for a stress-free experience!

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

In the rare event that we run out of fabric for your desired design, color, or size, we will notify you immediately offer an alternative-either a different color with the design or a different design in the same color, all within the same price range.
