WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

We keep our inventory in a suitable location, following the required temperature and other handling specifications of the manufacturer. Rest assured that your orders are not melted when pack. Please note that melting (or deformation due to melting, i.e., uneven surface, etc.) is not an acceptable reason for request for return or refund as we do not have control over the handling of the parcels once picked up by the courier.

Please also note that color and strength of the scent may vary per manufacturing. This doesn’t impact on the products' efficacy and is therefore not an acceptable reason for return or refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We endeavor to send you your items as fast as possible. Orders placed before 9PM are arranged for ship out the next day, although there are rare cases when courier does not pick up. Please note that we don’t have control over actual delivery date once parcel is picked up by courier. Although the courier is efficient in most cases, please note that per Shopee, the following are the delivery lead times:

• Within Metro Manila = 2 to 5 calendar days

• Outside Metro Manila = 3 to 8 calendar days
