4. Do Not Operate Or Place Any Part Of This Product On Or Neay Any Hot Surfaces( Such As Gas Or Electric Burner Or Hot Plate Or In A Heated Oven.

The Lamp Will Go Off When The Hot Plate Reaches The Selected Temperature, And Will Cycle On And Off To Maintain The Temperature.
