Davies Acreex
CHLORINATED RUBBER SOLVENT BASED FLOOR COATING
DAVIES Acreex is a modified Acrylic Chlorinated Rubber Solvent-based coating formulated to protect and beautify floors, walls, and roofs. It has outstanding exterior durability and abrasion resistance. It exhibits good alkali, chemical and water resistance.
Type : Acrylic / Chlorinated Rubber Based
Finish : High Sheen
Color Range : White, Black, 7 Standard Colors
Pack Sizes: 1 Liter and 4 Liters
Recommended Coverage: First Coat (35-40 SqM/4L/coat), Final Coat (20-25 SqM/4L/coat)
Application Tools: Brush / Roller / Spray
Thinning:
First Coat - Dilute with not more than 25% of DAVIES ACX-R Acreex Reduce
Final Coat: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES ACX Acreex Floor Coating with 10% dilution
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil and other foreign materials
Painting System:
First Coat: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES ACX Acreex Floor Coating with 25% dilution
Final Coat - If necessary, dilute with not more than 10%
Recoat Time:
2-4 hours
Drying Time: Dry to touch 2 hours
Light Traffic 24 hours
Full Traffic 7 days
STORAGE AND HANDLING
• Keep container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
•In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
