*After the screen is installed (install screw or glue), there will be NO WARRANTY.

* The screen is very fragile, incorrect installation method will cause the screen to break, please be sure to test before using glue or screws to install. If the test works perfectly at first, but many lines appear after installation, this is because the screen is broken during installation and becomes damaged. This situation will lose the warranty on the screen.

About the order:

- Once your order is picked up, you cannot change the address and contact number, nor can you cancel the order. Please make sure the address is correct and whether you really need this product before placing the order.

About receiving:

- Please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as you receive the goods. If the goods are damaged or cracked, please DO NOT install with glue/ screws and take photos to contact us.

How to test the screen:

1. Shut down your device and remove the battery or flex Cable of the battery to make sure the device is powered off.

2. Disconnect flex Cable of the original screen from the motherboard.

3. Connect flex Cable of the new screen to the motherboard.

4. Power on and test the display and touch functions.

About warranty:

- Please test the screen first when you receive the package, if the screen is damaged, do not install it to the phone! There will be no warranty after installation.

- If the screen test doesn't work perfectly, We can offer a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.

- There is no warranty for artificially damaged screens.

- If you are not a technician, we will not offer the warranty to your self-installed screens.

- If the screen is damaged or does not work, please provide the package, test picture and the front and back picture proof of the screen. If there is no proof picture, we will refuse to refund.
