A roof wash solution for removing gloss, shine and oil on new galvanized iron sheet roofs, pipes or other structures. Etches the surface for more grip and anchor pattern by the primer. Also removes oil and other contaminants. A sure-fire formula for the mild etching of galvanized substrates particularly corrugated G.I. roofs, plain G.I. sheets, G.I. pipes and G.I. structural steel, in order to provide sufficient grip, etching or mild roughness for excellent adhesion of paints.

APPLICATION:

Apply by brush or roller.

Dries like water.

Wipe with rag wet paint thinner to remove traces of oil after drying.

A shiny galvanized surface immediately turns to a dull grayish-black color.

 

 

USES:

Galvanized surfaces to be painted – GI sheet roofs, GI pipes, GI structural steel such as for telecommunications sub-station, towers, etc.

 

 

CAUTIONS:

Store in a shaded ventilated area.

Keep out of reach of children.

Keep tightly closed when not in use.

Acidic solution. Use protection. For contact with eyes and skin, wash immediately with clean water. For contact with eyes and ingestion bring immediately to the doctor.

Do not ingest. If ingested, see a doctor immediately.
