Matrix Cold Wave Perm Lotion 1 and 2 x 1000ml.
•Shampoo and towel dry hair.
•It is important to note that the perm rods must be applied before the perm lotion.
•Select rod size for the amount of body and wave desired, wind in usual manner.
•Apply lotion to each curl, take a test curl after 7 minutes and every 5 minutes thereafter.

A cold wave perm involves washing, applying a solution, and then neutralizing the hair. The process creates curls that last for about 2–3 months.
Steps
•Wash: Use a clarifying shampoo to remove dirt, oil, and residue. Don't use conditioner.
•Analyze: Examine the hair and scalp for abrasions. Hair porosity affects how long the perm takes and what solution is needed.
•Section: Divide the hair into sections.
•Apply solution: Soak the hair in a cold wave solution.
•Wrap: Use rollers to tightly curl the hair into small curls.
•Neutralize: Apply a neutralizing solution to stop the chemical reaction and set the curls.
•Rinse: Rinse the hair with cold water.
•Condition: Apply conditioner to the hair.
Aftercare
•Don't wash your hair for 48–72 hours after the perm.
•Don't comb your hair for the first 48 hours.
