AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning is made from natural ingredients such as sugarcane, cassava and corn fermented to become MSG. This process is the same way how vinegar, wine, and yogurt are made.
How much MSG to use.
1 pack (11g sachet) of AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning is good for 1 kg of main ingredients like meat, seafood/fish, or vegetables.
MSG as a tool for sodium reduction
