PITOXAL FORTE Oxytocin (5 ml)

INDICATION:

For use in stimulating parturation. Also useful in evacuating tissue and debris from the uterus in cases of pyometra and endometritis; for preventing and arresting postpartum uterine hemorrhage and in cases of agalacia especially in sows, where the immediate secretion of milk is required.

Dosage:

For obstetrical use : 5ml large animals, 1.5 -2.5ml sows and goat, 0.25-2.5ml dogs and cats. if needed repeat after 20-30 monutes interval.

For milk letdown large animal 0.5-1ml, sow 0.25-1ml.

ADMINISTRATION: Intravenously, intramuscularly, subcutaneously.
