4. Do not overfill the gas, especially when used in a high temperature environment. After filling, gently pinch the seal with your fingers.

5. Before deflation, please prepare a straw of about 20cm, the diameter can be slightly thicker/moderate hardness,

6. Slowly insert one end of the straw into the seal until you can feel the gas coming out, and gently squeeze the sphere to discharge the gas.
