The V-Coool Breast Hot and Cold Pad is your versatile solution for breast care. With hot and cold gel packs, the pad relieves breast discomfort during pregnancy, lactation, and weaning. Its waterproof, reusable design includes a large coverage area, massage bead and gel blend, and an open notch for breast pumps. Complete with a free washable glove and self-sealed packaging, it's a must-have for every breastfeeding mother and soon-to-be mom.

HOW TO USE
Hot compress:
•Boiling water heating: Immerse the pad in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Afterward, remove and dry.
•Microwave heating: Due to varying microwave oven powers, start with a 30-second heating session. If needed, continue heating on low heat in 20-second intervals. For continuous use, limit the second heating to 1 minute and use medium-low heat settings.
•Always encase the pad in a cloth glove to prevent burns
•Hot compress can be maintained at 50°C for 30 minutes
Cold compress:
•Refrigerator cooling: Chill the pad in the refrigerator for 2 hours until it reaches the desired temperature.
•Alternatively, precool it in the freezer (-10°C to -3°C) for over 30 minutes before use. The pad can be stored in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator to remain soft and ice-free.
•Always use the pad with a cloth glove to prevent frostbite.
•The cold compress can maintain a temperature of 6°C for 40 minutes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
•Do not fold or bend the pad excessively
•Avoid puncturing or damaging the pad.
•Do not expose the pad to extreme temperatures, such as direct sunlight or high heat.
•If the pad becomes damaged or shows signs of wear, discontinue use and replace it with a new one.
