Wrong product arrived tho okay naman kaso very poor cx service and hindi po madaling magreturn item since need na po gamitin, at inintay sya ng customer on specific date.
Hope to have a better way to communicate with the customer. Hindi yung nakikipagtalo ka pa sa cx eh nagsend na nga ng proof.
