Bicycle Inner Tube Installation Procedure & Warning
Inspect Inside of rim for spoke protrusions or sharp edges and file smooth.
Be sure rimstrip covers all spoke ends completely
Mount one side of tire on rim.
Inflate tube slightly (just enough to hold tube inside tire)
Insert valve into rim hole and position tube inside tire.
Mount the other side of tire on rim using your thumbs or professional tire levers. DO NOT USE SCREW DRIVER OR ANY SHARP TOOLS.
Partially inflate tire and check that both sides of the tire are evenly seated around the rim.
