Before First Use:
When you receive the product, first confirm its quality.
Clean the cookware with dishwashing liquid and warm water, using a soft sponge.
Dry the cookware, then boil water in it for 5 - 10 minutes.
Pour out the water and dry it. Apply some oil to the inner surface of the pot and let it stand for 15 minutes - 2 hours.
Clean it thoroughly and dry it, then it's ready for cooking.
Precautions:
Avoid using corrosive materials to contact the cookware, such as metal utensils. Only wooden or silicone utensils are recommended.
Use as little oil as possible during cooking. Dry heating or cooking without food will shorten the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
Our cookware has good heat conductivity, so medium or low heat is sufficient.
Cleaning Method:
When cleaning, please use hot water and dishwashing liquid, and clean it with a soft sponge or a soft dishwashing brush. Under no circumstances should you use a hard metal brush to clean the cookware to avoid scratching or even completely damaging the coating.
