REAX CETIRIZINE DROP 2.5MG/ML - 15ML
Description:
Cetirizine is a non-drowsy antihistamine that helps relieve symptoms of allergies such as allergic rhinitis, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and skin allergies such as itching and hives. This formulation is designed for children and comes in an easy-to-administer liquid form.
Indications:
•Relief from seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms
•Treatment of chronic urticaria (hives) and other skin allergies
•Management of mild to moderate allergic reactions
Dosage and Administration:
•Children 2-6 years: 2.5mg (1mL) once daily. If needed, this dose may be increased to 5mg (2mL) in two divided doses.
•Children 6-12 years: 5mg (2mL) once or twice daily, as prescribed.
•Administer using the dropper provided to ensure accurate dosing.
Precautions:
•Use with caution in children with kidney or liver impairments; consult a physician for appropriate dosage adjustments.
•Avoid using in children below 2 years unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Side Effects:
•Mild drowsiness (rare)
•Dry mouth
•Headache
•Gastrointestinal discomfort
Storage Conditions:
Store at room temperature (25°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
