common problem

1. After inserting the 4G card, when the device is turned on and running the 4G router, the 4G light on the device will not light up, which makes it impossible to access the Internet.

Answer: In this case, the 4G card is not inserted correctly.

First, turn off the 4G router and reinsert the card. Due to the deep slot, it is recommended to insert the card together with the toothpick. In another case, the 4G card will not be activated and you must insert the card according to the card manual after activation.
