Received the product in good condition. Fast delivery din. The instruction in the box says take 1 gummy a day pero nakakadalawa or tatlo ako a day haha. Ang sarap nya kasi legit. Di ko pa alam if may effect sakin since 3 days ko pa lang sya tinetake. I'll update my review in a few weeks.
