• We offer ID printing services for select types of IDs only. We do not print digital National IDs on PVC. Messaging us in advance helps us ensure we can meet your requirements and avoid cancellations.

• CUSTOMERS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO SEND THEIR FILE/S WITHIN THE NEXT 12 HOURS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER. If the ready-to-print file is not submitted within the specified timeframe, a bag tag with a randomly selected design will be automatically dispatched.

Note for Sending Your Own Layout:

• Your payment here covers our expert service to transfer or print your existing file onto a high-quality PVC card.

• Please make sure that your files/photos include bleed, which means extending the background beyond the actual size of 2.125" x 3.37" to avoid strips of white paper showing on the edges of your print when cut to size.

• It's important that the text, logo, and photo are within the actual card size of 2.125" x 3.37".

• Your background should fill the print size of 2.18" x 3.37".

• Do not include rounded corners, hole icons, trim marks, or outlines in your design.

• The resolution should be 300 pixels per inch (ppi) to ensure a high-quality print.

• Please submit 2 files per card (1 front, 1 back) and name or label them properly (e.g. "Front_Side" and "Back_Side").

• If your image is not in the proper size, it will automatically expand to fill the print area.
