Caution:
Before any service work on the belt is begun to be sure that the motor or engine is switched off and cannot be started.
Important:
Check for worn tensioners and idler pulleys. This is the best time to replace these part these parts if needed.
Belt Removal:
Loosen adjustment or pivot bolts.
Move adjustment unit to minimum position.
Remove belt.
Belt Installation:
Place new belt looseley on pulleys. Do not pry onto pulleys.
Tension belt according to manufacturer's instruction.
Run drive 5 minutes and retension. Belts must be tight enough to prevent slippingwhen drive is fully loaded.
