Please note:

***After you receive the ice machine, please let it stand for at least 24 hours before using this product, and the machine can make ice normally after the machine coolant re-enters, otherwise it will affect the ice making effect. (If the ice machine is damaged due to human reasons, we will refuse the warranty)

***The coolant is affected during a bumps transportation. The ice cubes may be small and thin in the first few times of ice making. Please try a few more times, this problem usually will be solved after the machine runs for 2-3 hours. The ice size will become normal. The ice cube will be thicker in the further with the more machine using.

***Hicon ice machine recommends to only use clear water to make ice; if other beverages are used to make ice, the service life of the ice machine will be shortened.

***Special attention, when you use beverages to make ice, you need to clean the machine immediately after making ice to avoid damage to the machine.
