I have yet to try both shampoo and conditioner, but I can tell it smells good. The packaging looks super clean as well and it arrived with a bubble wrap. Seller is very responsive and updates from time to time.

Product Usage:
•Secure the cap with one hand and turn the nozzle in a counterclockwise direction. If the pump head does not pop up, tighten the cap and turn it again.
•Once the head pops up, pump several times until the liquid is dispensed.
•Wet hair and scalp well and apply an appropriate amount. Spread it to the entire hair, lather well, and wash. Rinse thoroughly.
•After shampooing, lightly squeeze out excess water, apply an appropriate amount and spread it to the entire hair, and rinse thoroughly.
