This is the second time the item has crack and they never refund it anymore. Nag bayad ako ng maayos pero hanggang ngayon sira yung product na pinadala nyo! San yung refund? Ilang chat na ko walang response. Kailangan ko para sa ipad ko pero wala kayong binabalik na hindi defect yung item!

Parcel has some dents when it arrived, but the packaging was nice it prevented any damage to the product.
Bubbles still appeared on the screen, yet it was easy to remove. Product also fits the screen perfectly, considering that I use a case.
