The best way to put a helmet is to hold the chinstraps each side and pull it over into your head.

As end of strap through the rings and pull it comfortably tight back against the lower jaw keeping head straight, rotate the helmet from side to side, if helmet adjusted properly, you should feel the movement of your scalp should be closely equivalent to the helmets movement.

With your hands on the side of the helmet, lift the helmet slightly up and down motion. Once again th movement of your skin should approximate on the helmet movements.

to remove the helmet, pull the strap tab onward, to release tension, then on-thread the chinstrap. Pull the chinstrap outward, rotate the helmet forward and lift it off.
