iShine Oxidizer with MINT Flavor and easy to used and accurate color. 20 Volume(6% Hydrogen peroxide) is the only developer use for 100% gray coverage and long-lasting hair color. 30 Volume (9% Hydrogen Peroxide) is deal for altering your hair shades. This developer is stronger for a lighter and deep color hair dye. It should only be used on thick or coarse hair, as it can damage thin or fine hair. 40 Volume (12% Hydrogen Peroxide) is recommended for professional use only, as it is very strong and can dry out your hair if it is not applied correctly. You can use this developer when want to achieve a medium to dark blonde. You can also use it with bleach for better results. This developer level is often only used for major hair color changes.
