The lights arrived not yet fully charged. Please place them in direct sunlight to fully charge. Make sure to charge for at least 6 hours during the day.

The panel must be in a dark/dimmed environment to turn on the light. When the ambient brightness is lower than 10Lux, the indicator light will automatically light up. (If you want to open it in a bright environment, just cover the solar panel after charging.)
