How to prepare Authentic Capampangan Sisig:
USING MICROWAVE
1. Open pack (either frozen or chilled) and transfer contents into a microwaveable container
2. Microwave on high setting for about 2-3 (depends on microwave model)
3. Add 1 diced white onion
4. Microwave again for about 1 minute
5. Add calamansi, soy sauce, and red chilli (optional)
USING PAN
1. Place frozen Nanang’s Sisig in the chiller overnight or a few hours to thaw
2. Heat non stick pan over high heat (no need to use oil, if not using a non stick pan, add a teaspoon of oil)
3. Put sisig onto the pan, adjust heat to medium, stir occasionally
4.Heat for about 1.5-2 minutes then add diced white onion
5. Heat for another minute then place onto serving plate
6. Add calamansi, soy sauce, and red chilli (optional)
