* Directions:

(1) Open the nose strip bag with dry hands, peel the nose strip from the liner, and apply the nose strip to your nose with the shiny side facing down, taking care to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles.

(2) Allow the nose strip to dry naturally for about 10 to 15 minutes, you should feel the nose strip harden as it dries. Depending on humidity, climate, or sweating, the nose strip can be left on for slightly longer or shorter periods of time. (3) Carefully peel off the nose strip, starting from both ends and working your way toward the center. If the patch is too tight or painful to remove, thoroughly wet the area until the patch is easily removed. If there is any residue, rinse with water.
