1. Place your order first, then send us the name/s for personalization through chat. We only use one standard font, "Daydream". Please provide only the NAME/S you'd like engraved. If no details are provided within 12 hours, we will send plain items.

2. We will confirm your order details via chat. Please be patient as we handle multiple inquiries.

3. Orders will be processed within 1-3 days after placement. NO CANCELLATION of orders since these are custom-made items.
