Hibiscus tea is deep red in color with sweet and tart flavors similar to cranberry and may be consumed hot or iced. Hibiscus also contains a specific type of antioxidant called anthocyanin. This type of antioxidant is also found in berries. It’s what gives them their nice, red color and has been linked to reducing your risk of chronic diseases.
Hibiscus has properties that some people believe make it effective in treating high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol.

You can choose as:
Loose petals - best if you do not have infusers/strainer as you can put directly in cup and spoon it out after steeping. Use 6-8 loose petals per per serving.
Small pieces (machine-cut pieces) - this allows for darker infusion color and more intense flavor. Best use with tea blending. Perfect for tea infusers and strainers. Use 3-5 grams or 1/2 tbps per serving.
