Mix it in hot water (not cold water) to dissolve quickly. Color of dissolved milk is cream. Extend shelf life by storing it in cool place, not exposed to high humidity, heat and direct sunlight. If not stored in good location, milk taste and texture is affected. Used for several purposes, like baking, or to add creamy taste on hot drinks.
