I bought same product from their orange app store but it was a damaged product. I thought of buying since I used to shop a lot in TikTok and all of my orders are in good condition. But it was a disappoint to received a damage item once again. This is causing so much inconvenience.

If the product is ON-HAND (not pre-order), we will ship out your order within 1-2 days. Ship out time is NOT delivery time.
2. When will my order arrived?
The delivery time will depends on the selected courier and your location. We do not have the estimated time for delivery. You may visit the courier website to track your parcel or call the courier hotline to follow up.
Sellers are only responsible for shipping out your item and hand it over to the courier. 3. Do you check the product prior shipping?

However, as an important note, we do not accept return once buyer has confirmed "ORDER RECEIVED", any issue found after confirmation should be communicated directly to the brand manufacturer.
