Warranty Terms:

When the battery is due to scc/inverter failure or unreasonable setting and does not meet the required using conditions, then the battery can’t performance perfectly, so the warranty is not guaranteed.

1. Charge and discharge problem

1.1 The charging system fault can not be charged or setting problems resulting in insufficient charge, overcharging (over charge voltage, over charge current, over discharge ).

1.2 Discharge system failure or setting problems cause battery over discharge.

1.3 The load is connected to the battery directly, causing over discharge

1.4 Installation problems:such as the screw has got loose or poor contact caused insufficient charging

2. Battery bloating or swelling , Burst, Battery Leakage

2.1 Battery bloating or swelling , Burst are not covered by warranty(over charging or short-circuiting of battery is the only reason for swelling up the of the Gel(lead acid) battery. The problem is not inherent in the battery itself. You need to follow proper instructions in charging the battery)
