the cup was nice, suitable for its price. Pero yung box sira sira na and bcos of that, nabasag yung takip. The heater was working fine umiinit naman kaso need sya ihold for it to work. Yes it’s a cheap product but please be mindful sa packaging kasi it can cause damage. If it is fragile, put signs.

wala nmn basag yung mug and umiinit nmn daw yung heater but not satisfied specially sa box sira sya at panregalo sana kaso hindi nakaka classy tignan ang box not the way tulad sa picture and no foam inside the box to protect the item hoping for improvement buti nlng walang basag
