Warm reminder

There are some mold lines / flash / broken / warped parts

Unless it’s a disaster, for which we would need pictures, you should be able to fix these little problems (we’re not talking about missing parts, which is different).

If you don’t have experience with green stuff, plastic card, grinding, drilling, warping etc… then please don’t buy resin models (Forgeworld or recasts), especially the large models (storm eagle etc.) – they can be tricky.

Please keep in mind that your are buying a recast at a fraction of the original price.

Also remember that we’re facing exactly the same issues when we buy kits from FW! And yes, they do come with issues!! (mold slips, bubbles etc..). We take our greenstuff and tools out, and we repair them so they can be perfect for production. If we can fix them ourselves, so can you! 

THERE’S A MISSING / WRONG PART IN A KIT

Once in a while you’ll see a missing part, or 2 left wings etc… Gladly, we’re only facing a 0.1% problems with the kits from the workshop.

You need to send us pictures showing exactly what parts are missing (you can circle them in red on a picture etc..), it’s easier to make sure you get the right parts.

In the meantime, please check again in the package/bags/around your desk etc.. (yes it happened many times)

IMPORTANT: WE WILL SEND THE MISSING PARTS WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER (or a friend of yours ) WE WILL NOT SEND A PACKAGE JUST FOR THOSE PARTS. – Express is too expensive (and you may have to pay Customs)
