DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Directions for EN-DEX 4000
•Feed 1 tablet for a 10 kg per month.
•If your pet smaller than 10kg use as following.
•2.5 kg 1/4 tablet/month
•5 kg 1/2 tablet/month
•6-10 kg 1 tablet/month
Directions for EN-DEX 8000
•Feed 1 tablet for a 20 kg per month.
•If your pet smaller than 20 kg use as following.
•5 kg 1/4 tablet/month
•10 kg 1/2 tablet/month
•20 kg 1 tablet/month
SAFETY INFORMATION:
— Keep away from children reach
— Do not feed to puppies age of 6 weeks or below.
— Do not apply to any pets with recent vaccines or anti heart-worm, ticks or fleas injections and/or droppings and/or pills.
— Do not over dosage from feeding guide.
— Puppies/kittens under 5kg and 3 - 4 months of age.
— DOG BREEDS such as German Shepherd, Collies like Shetland or Sheltie, Bearded Collie, Old English, Australian Shepherds, Whippets
— This medication should not be administered to pregnant, nursing, or older dogs and dogs with congenital conditions
