Q: Why does the hearing aid have that roar when it is turned on?

A: Because the sound is amplified, absorbed, amplified again, and absorbed again, the cycle repeats, resulting in the whistling sound. This phenomenon is normal.

Let's try an experiment: attach the earplugs (soft rubber) to the hearing aid, hold it in your hand, and use your finger to block the hole in the earplug. See if there is any whistling.

If there is no whistling sound when the ear canal is blocked, it means the hearing aid is functioning properly.

If you feel a whistling sound, please check whether the earplugs are plugged tightly If you feel unable to plug the earplugs tightly, please try another specification of earplugs.

Remove the hearing aid

1. Turn the hearing amplifier off, Or Adjust the volume to the minimum, otherwise it may cause Scream.

① Hold the earplugs with your index finger and thumb,Carefully pull it out of the ear canal;

② Gently push back of the ear andPull earplug out of the ear canal.

Note: not properly worn ear plugs will have a whistling sound, which is normal.
