2.) Send us Chat Message for BOTH the engraved Name and choose the Font Type specified in the last photo of the product post WITHIN 24 HOURS. FAILURE TO SEND THE COMPLETE DETAILS WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED WITH NO ENGRAVING.

3.) Lead time to process orders is within 48 hours excluding holidays and Sundays. Please note that shipping is separate from order processing as we have to wait for the courier to pick up the orders from our location and we don't control the delivery schedule.

4.) We will send photos of the item and packaging before ship out so you can see the condition of the item.

5.) Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address before placing your order.
