•Prepare the Motorcycle:Ensure the motorcycle is off and the key is removed to avoid any electrical mishaps.Identify all the locations where you plan to replace or install the T10 bulbs (e.g., signal lights, license plate lights, speedometer lights).
•Access the Bulb Housings:Depending on the location of each bulb, you may need to remove various covers or panels. For speedometer and signal lights, this often involves unscrewing parts of the dashboard or light assembly.Use appropriate tools to carefully remove any housing without causing damage to the motorcycle’s bodywork or existing wiring.
•Remove the Existing Bulbs:Gently remove the old bulbs from their sockets. If they are tight, gently wiggle them free, taking care not to break them.
•Install the New LED Bulbs:Insert the new T10 LED bulbs into the same sockets. If they do not light up after turning on the bike’s power, you may need to reverse their direction due to the polarity sensitivity of LEDs.
•Test Each Function:After installing the bulbs, turn on your motorcycle’s power and check each function where the new bulbs were installed. Make sure they illuminate correctly and respond to all relevant controls like turn signals and light switches.
•Reassemble and Secure Everything:Once you confirm that all lights are working properly, reassemble any components or covers you removed.Make sure all parts are securely fastened to prevent vibrations from loosening anything during rides.
