📍When you feel a painful lump at a specific part of your breast. This is the first sign that you are experiencing clogged milk ducts.

What to do/how to use Balm?

📍Apply a small amount of balm on your nipple and areola. This will help in opening pores, allowing more milk to flow.

📍Put balm on palms, and apply on affected/painful part of breast. Massage breast starting from uppermost portion of the breast down to the nipple, similar to hand expressing.

📍 Continue massaging breast until milk starts to flow/until clog seems to have been removed/softened. Best to pump/have baby latch on to ensure breast is emptied. Pump longer/more often to allow more milk to flow.

📍 You may opt to wipe off the balm, or leave it on skin for better absorption.
