Industrial Oven and Grill Cleaner LAVENT ASSURE Heavy Duty Degreaser

Assure is designed for removing grease, baked-on fats and carbon deposits from range hoods, grills, oven and other equipment where an accumulation of soil and grease develops during cooking and baking.

Assure Oven and Grill Cleaner/Degreaser is safe to use on metal surfaces such as brass, bronze, cadmium, copper, iron, lead, magnesium, nickel and stainless steel. Not recommended for aluminum or Teflon-coated aluminum, galvanized metal, tin and zinc surfaces.

Instructions Note: Product is most effective on a hot oven surface. PROCEDURE FOR OVEN & GRILL: 1. Prepare a 1:4 solution of ASSURE.

2. Pour ample solution or spray using spray bottle onto surface, preferably hot for faster effect.

3. Let stand for 10-20 minutes until hard soil and grease softens.

4. Scrape carbon and grease using spatula or scrubbing pad. 5. Rinse with water.

6. Pour and spread Limesol onto the surface to neutralize.

BOIL OUT PROCEDURE FOR FRYERS:

1. Flush and rinse the fryer very well with room temperature water.

2. Prepare a 1:20 solution of ASSURE. 3. Pour the solution of ASSURE in the fryer. Let the solution boil and don’t let it overflow. 4. Boil for 30 minutes.

5. Drain. Make sure to avoid contact with solution. Irritant to skin.

6. Rinse and drain water for 3 times.
