Installation and commissioning:
1. The product model, certificate of conformity, manual and packing list should be rechecked before installation.
2. The installation location should be within 15 meters from the accident-prone location, and the flushing location can be reached within 10 seconds at operating speed.
3. Specific installation methods:
A. Connection between the base and the lower part of the riser: Screw the raw material belt around the base thread and connect it with the outlet tee.
B. Installation of the base: adjust the direction of the tee drain according to the position of the drain, mark the drilling position according to the screw holes of the base, and then set M10 expansion screws or anchor bolts according to the height of the ground.
C. Installation of flushing pipes: screw the flushing nozzle on the elbow of the horizontal pipe of the nozzle, wrap the raw material belt around the other end of the nozzle pipe, screw it on the upper half of the riser, adjust the direction so that the direction of the flushing nozzle downward, and then lock the nozzle pipe with the nut behind it;
D. Connect the upper half and the lower half: put the upper half and the lower half into the upper half and tighten the upper half.
E. Install the eyewash: Wrap the raw material tape around the threads of the lower half of the eyewash, and connect and tighten the reducing tee with the lower half.
F. Installation of double nozzle eyewash part: Put the G 1/2" mesh pad into the G 1/2" lock nut and tighten it with the G 1/2" connection pipe.
G. Connect the inlet pipe and drain pipe, check whether the ball valve switch is flexible in place and whether there is any jamming. H. The middle of the two pipes of the double nozzle of the eyewash is the flow adjustment valve of the eyewash, which controls the flow of the eyewash
