Guilder Epoxy Primer (with Catalyst)

For 4 Liter variant: 3 liter Epoxy Primer - 1 liter Epoxy catalyst
A two-component epoxy based paint specially formulated as primer for interior and exterior galvanized sheets, concrete, iron, and steel surfaces. Possessing a durable and flexible film, it is ideally recommended as undercoat for acrylic lacquers, baking enamels, epoxy enamels, nitrocellulose lacquers and any topcoat finish which requires durable priming. Provides good adhesion, abrasion, chemical and corrosion resistance properties.
Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: spray; for brush or roller, no reduction is required or use as necessary only.
PAINTING SYSTEM: Mix 3 parts by volume Guilder Epoxy Primer to 1 part by volume Guilder Epoxy Catalyst. Reduce 25-30% by volume with Guilder Epoxy Reducer, to approximately 20 ± 2” FC #4. Allow 20-30 minutes induction time before application. Prime metal with Guilder Epoxy Primer. Let it dry overnight then apply topcoat.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
