Our 6-month product warranty for solar lights ensures the quality and durability of our products. In the event of any defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or repair of the product, free of charge.

However, please note that shipping fees for returning the product to us for warranty service are the responsibility of the buyer. This policy is designed to uphold our commitment to product excellence while distributing the cost of shipping in a fair and equitable manner.

 

LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY

Our lifetime service warranty for solar lights includes free-of-charge servicing for the entirety of the product's lifespan. Under this policy, buyers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with servicing.

However, all service-related costs, including labor and diagnostics, will be provided to the customer at no additional charge. In the event that replacement parts are needed, buyers will only be responsible for the cost of those specific components.
