Premix Resin fiberglass Raw Materials - Gallon Waterproof Butyl

The most popular type of fiberglass reinforcement used in virtually all FRP. It consists of glass fibers laid randomly across each other and held together by a binder. It is typically processed using the hand lay-up technique, where sheets of material are placed in a mold and brushed with resin.

*CSM 450 covers 450 grams per square meter.

A  general purpose, semiflexible polyester resin used primarily with fiberglass reinforcements. Also used to make glass reinforced plastic products which require some resiliency for greater toughness and impact resistance such as boats, car bodies, tanks, etc. It is also used for fiberglass cladding for strong structural repairs on wood,metal or fiberglass. When mixed with fillers, it can be used for filling cracks, gaps and fractures.

Releasing Wax - An improved version of the famous release waxes, Dura-Wax not only polishes marble floors but is also an easy-to-apply mold release agent for fiberglass products

 

Wax solution - Used primarily in fiberglass applications. Added to the LAST layer of resin to form a barrier of wax with the air. Wax sol is an economical alternative to sanding and cellophane- finishing

Mixing ratio: 1 to 3 % Mekp (hardener) by weight of Resin
